I will respect your privacy at all times. Whether you provide me information via E-Mail, regular mail, or telephone,  I will not provide your E-Mail address, mailing address,  telephone number, or other private information  to anyone without your consent.

I do not conduct aggressive marketing programs. I only contact those who have first contacted me or whose name I have been provided by a previous customer or other source as a referral. If at any time you wish for me to not contact you again, contact  me via  E-Mail stating your request.

As your Realtor I often assist potential customers in becoming financially prequalified for a mortgage with a lender. Any financial information you provide me will not be provided to any third party without your permission.  Frequently I will refer you directly to a lender if you request my assistance. Any information I receive from you will be provided only to potential lenders I believe to be reputable, and only with your permission. I am not associated with any lender and collect no fees from lenders for your business. It is your responsibility to select a lender.

My business is based on both my integrity and a total commitment to serving as your Realtor, with no hype or sales pressure. I will serve as your professional consultant. It is just that simple!
